💥 “And with that, the 2024 season comes to an end!” 💥
What a season it was! Being a freelance esports photographer means stepping into the unknown every year. Nothing is guaranteed, but the grind, passion, and constant pursuit of opportunities always keep me moving forward.
Even after 10 years in esports photography, I continue to push myself to stay sharp and prove my worth—even to returning clients.
2024 was an incredible year. I had the privilege of working with amazing clients, building new connections, and capturing some of the most unforgettable esports events.
The year began in Brazil with an epic Rainbow Six Siege event—an award-winning tournament with BLAST and Ubisoft. The energy during the final was electric. Soon after, I traveled to Denmark to cover the first-ever Counter-Strike 2 Major at the legendary Royal Arena, collaborating with PGL.
I also returned to the UK for another thrilling Rainbow Six event in Manchester with BLAST and Ubisoft. Then came 43 intense days in Riyadh for the Esports World Cup Foundation, where I witnessed unforgettable moments—like a Portuguese player being crowned EA FC 24 world champion.
And the highlight of my year? Achieving a lifelong dream: photographing The International. Working directly with PGL and Valve on this legendary event was surreal—a milestone I’ll never forget.
The final months were calmer but just as fulfilling. From the Thunderpick World Championship Finals in Berlin to grassroots events at Lisboa Games Week and working on creative projects with Red Bull, I ended the year on a high note.
To everyone who trusted me with your events and memories—thank you. Your support means the world to me.
Here’s to making 2025 even crazier and more exciting. Let’s keep capturing unforgettable moments together!
